In order to process your application promptly and within 1 business day from the date it is submitted, the following requirements must be met in full:
1. Application Fee Payment:
The fee is $95.00 per adult applicant and must be paid before we can begin processing.
Payment can be made via:
• PayPal
Please note that this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the application has been
processed.
2. The application form must be fully completed and signed.
3. Each applicant above the age of 18 must fill out an application.
4. A legible copy of a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID is required for each applicant over 18.
5. Proof of income is required:
• The last four (4) pay stubs
• Or the most recent tax return, if self-employed
6. All questions must be answered completely.No sections should be left blank. The current landlord’s name, phone number, and address must be provided.
7. As part of the application process, we verify the following:
• Income: total household monthly income must be at least three (3) times the rent amount
• Criminal background
• Eviction history or prior residences
• Credit report
Cooperate agent, please make sure that the applicant provides the following items:
• A copy of the driver’s license or an identification image for everyone who is going to reside in the unit over the age of 18
• A copy of four more recent payment stubs.
• In the event that the person is self-employed or a business owner, please provide the appropriate business documentation.
If these requirements are not met, the application will be returned without processing.
